Life is but a dream that we have to wake up to. To dream is to hope that one day, we will wake up with our dreams coming to life. Wedding, is one of the dreams every girl has ever since a girl was still young playing Barbie dolls with Ken as her husband. In reality, there is no perfect marriage. What you can achieve is near perfect wedding with the right mixture of, preparation, decision making and prayers.
An alternative that you can do to make your dream wedding come to life is to add a unique touch in it. Everyone has surely attended a wedding and most people just enjoy eating or socializing. Here are some suggestions to make your wedding more unique and memorable:

1. Personalized Tissue
I know what you are thinking right now. This is an additional cost. This is well worth it in my opinion because not everyone has this gimmick on their wedding reception. Besides, it won’t be that expensive. Of course, use elegant colors and it is better if the letterings of your initials are embedded rather than just printed.

2. Photo guest book
Rather than passing around a guess book that you will hardly look at again, buy a Polaroid camera and as they enter, let someone take their photos and sign their messages at the back of the photo. This way, you can have your photo album of guests who attended and this is definitely something you still will look at fifty years after without wondering about the identity of the writer because you cannot comprehend his hand writing!

3. Live streaming
Since this is the new millennium, I suggest that you get yourself a mobile broadband internet (even if it’s prepaid) and setup a live streaming video of your wedding via the web camera. This way, your friends and family from abroad can still see you at the reception / church even if they are at the opposite side of the world.
Just do not over do the uniqueness or else it will be one of those weird weddings!
Upon reading this entry, can you do me a small favor and pause for awhile? Have you thanked God for everything that he has done despite of all the disasters and misfortunes some people receive?
You hear people say, “stop and smell the flowers, appreciate the sunset and thank God for the blessings.” But, do you really do that? Because some of us doesn’t. Take this time to do that.

That is a field of tulips in Amsterdam Netherlands. See God’s beauty through it!

It’s not everyone that can see such sceneries, even just in photos.

He has great power that he can make a once successful city, into a ghost town.

By appreciating these blessings, God knows you are thanking him.
Have you ever heard the name Ophelia? No offense but I don’t find that appealing to my ears. Everyone has a name. It is a certain label one gives to either humans, animals, things and places to be able to distinguish one from the other, although sometimes there are people who have pretty much the same names.
Each person has the freedom to give any name they wants. Just like any parent naming their new born baby. And because of this freedom, it is hard to avoid those who would give names that are really unique, hence, weird. But everybody should keep in mind that the tag name ‘weird’ is only an opinion, and not a fact. The list below shows some of the weird names one could name their child, or their pets, or anything for that matter.
1. Quadrilateral/Equilateral/Parallelogram/Trapezoid (Polygons)
Ever imagined this? Your kid don’t even have to write his name on the quiz paper. Just draw shapes and voila! There goes his name. To tell you the truth, there are some people who could name their children after the different polygons. I wonder what Pythagoras sons name was.
2. Precious
Reminds me Lord of the Rings. This name isn’t really a unique name. But it is in this list because there are some people who name their child Precious, which is a name normally given to pets, specifically dogs!

3. Sapphire/Opal/Diamond/Turquoise (stones)
Yes, we all know that your child is valuable to you. So precious, that you would name them after stones? Please don’t. They might confuse it with their real birth stones. But nowadays, there are already quite a few people who were named after the different precious stones such as Pearl and Crystal. But to name someone or something after the other strones such as the ones named above would be weird, and hard to give a nickname to!
4. Mercury/ Mars/Pluto (planets)
Although everybody would probably know Disney’s popular dog named just like the 9th and smallest planet, Pluto, it would be very weird to give this name to a person. Naming a person after the planets we have would definitely be weird! By the way, Pluto is not considered a planet already.

5. Tangerine/Strawberry/Orange/Banana/Melon (fruits)
There are some fruits given to people as names that aren’t weird. An example of this would be the name Cherry or Apple. But this does not mean that naming humans after fruits wouldn’t be so weird, such as the ones above.
If you name your kid from one of the choices above, you can be pretty sure it will be 90% unique. Unique is not always best but with a little creativity, you might set a new trend in baby naming for the future.
I was surfing around and saw this image…

The circle there shows that star wars character, R2D2 is also in the movie, Indiana Jones. I am not sure though if the stick person in front of him is supposed to be C3PO.
This is what’s wrong sometimes with us. We criticize and scrutinize everything in a movie and at the end of it, you are failed your own objective and that is to enjoy. You watch movie to enjoy and not to be a movie critic (unless that is your real job). So next time you will watch a movie, just enjoy and stop feeling like you are one of those American Idol judges!
When we go to work, we would hardly have any time to prepare the food that we’ll be bringing to work (breakfast or lunch). And I do not really like to buy food outside, because it would cost me a lot to eat out every time and we all know that eating out isn’t a healthy option. So sometimes, rather than eating out or munching on those yummy microwaveable treats, we have to learn to come up with easy-to-cook meals that we could easily prepare and take with us to work, and get to work on time. So here are some of the meals I would take with me:
1. Egg with Onions and Sausage with Rice
The sausage is really easy to prepare, you could either fry it, or just heat it in the microwave (make sure to heat this well, if ever this is what you decide to do). As for the egg with onions, it’s really just similar to making scrambled eggs, but you’ll have to add onions (peeled and diced) as you fry it. Except you won’t have to add salt, because the taste of the onion will mix into the egg, giving it a bit of a sweet flavor to it.

2. Spam with Rice
Another meal that’s really easy to prepare. Just simply slice the spam, fry it (just be careful not to make it too oily!), and it’s done!

3. Cheese Omelet with Rice
This one is really simple. I remember the first time I tasted this was when we went to a beach, and this was what I had for breakfast. And it’s just easy to make! It’s similar with making scrambled eggs; just add grated cheese before beating the egg. And it tastes good with ketchup!

4. Egg Fried Rice
This one is pretty easy to cook. Just simply fry green onions, green peppers, together with the cooked rice, and egg (you can pretty much add anything you like, bits of chicken or pork, cabbage or spinach, crabmeat or fish) in butter. This is similar to the food being served in chinese rice-in-a-box stalls we see in fast food areas, except here, we get to create our own variation.

5. Instant Noodles with egg
Out of everything, I think everyone would agree that this is probably the easiest to cook. This is what I would take to work when there I really have no time, or sometimes for the simple reason that I’m craving for it. Just add an egg and voila! Yummy food with little preperation time! Not healthy though.
